Corrections and removal requests

We republish public OSHA enforcement records, and we want them to be accurate and fair. If a page here is wrong, out of date, or names an individual person, email us and we will review it.

Please include

• The page address on this site
• The OSHA inspection number, if you have it
• What is wrong, and a link or document supporting the correction (for example a settlement agreement or amended citation)
• Whether you are asking for a correction or for removal

What happens next

• We reply within two business days.
• Where our page differs from the current official record, we fix it. Pages are rebuilt weekly from the latest DOL data, so settlements and amendments recorded by OSHA appear automatically.
• Pages about individual people (rather than businesses) are removed on request.
• A wrong phone number or website in an alert (public business listing): tell us and we'll stop matching that listing to the establishment.
• We can't change the official record itself. To correct OSHA's data, contact the OSHA area office or State Plan office that handled the inspection.
