What to expect
- Weekly, not real time. DOL publishes citations about a month after they're issued, so "new" means newly published this week. Inspection openings appear sooner, usually within two to three weeks.
- Allegations, not findings. Every citation shows its status (open, contested, settled, final order) and the initial and current penalty, with a link to the official osha.gov record.
- Deadlines. Abatement, contest and final-order dates are per the OSHA record. Where the record has none, we show an estimated contest deadline (15 working days after issuance), labeled as an estimate.
- Contacts. Phones and websites are public business listings from Overture Maps, matched by name and address. Phones may be mobile numbers; you're responsible for TCPA and Do Not Call compliance. Credits and licenses.
- Billing. Monthly through Stripe. Change your card, states or plan, or cancel, any time from the link in each email. Added states are charged right away, prorated.
- No passwords. Each email has a private link to manage your preferences. Lost it? Get a new link.
