Establishments with 250 or more employees that must keep injury records, and establishments with 20-249 employees in designated industries, submit Form 300A summary data, and establishments with 100 or more employees in specified industries must also submit case-level data from Forms 300 and 301. Submissions are due by March 2 for the previous calendar year.
